Join Kirsty Innes and Allan Saunderson for this special 2.5-hr Restorative Yoga Afternoon Retreat with Live Music. 

Kirsty will guide you through a deeply relaxing and nurturing restorative yoga practice while Allan’s gentle guitar solos soothe your senses. Together, they invite you to let go of your worries and drop deeper into stillness. This relaxing afternoon of soundscapes and spaciousness is not to be missed!

Restorative Yoga is a powerful practice to deeply rest and restore the mind and body. Classical yoga postures are practiced completely supported by blankets and bolsters. A positive antidote to high levels of stress and fatigue this Restorative Yoga and Live Music experience will leave you feeling well-rested and rejuvenated for the week ahead.

Bookings are essential as enrolments are kept low to ensure individual attention. Please book early to avoid disappointment. All levels welcome. *No previous Yoga experience required.*

Our studios are fully equipped with basic props. For your supreme comfort please wear loose comfortable clothing or yoga wear. You may also wish to bring a blanket to drape over your body for warmth, a pair of socks and a water bottle.

Kirsty has been leading yoga workshops, classes and retreats in Australia, the UK and Europe since 2008. Specialising in gentle therapeutic yoga, her sessions are supportive, insightful and deeply nourishing. Kirsty has trained extensively with some of the world’s most renowned teachers including Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, Judith Hanson Lasater (the mother of restorative yoga) and her main teacher, Donna Farhi, who she regularly assists on international workshops. Having witnessed the healing effects of this practice over and over again, Kirsty is inspired to share yoga to enhance awareness of breath, movement and conscious rest in everyday life.

Music has been a constant companion on Allan’s journey as a teacher, father, storyteller and men’s coach. His soundscapes have more recently found their way into his breathwork and embodiment practices.
